Community Neurorehab Services (CNS) is dedicated to providing individuals and families recovering from brain injury, stroke, or cognitive dysfunction secondary to another medical condition, with accurate assessment and therapeutic intervention. In order to achieve long term positive gains, individual treatment plans, developed within the context of personal choice, are designed to enable individuals to meet their needs in the community.
